Project Details
The groundwork phase involved extensive planning and execution. Key infrastructure components included 8 kilometers of sewers and 165 manholes, which were essential for ensuring efficient drainage and waste management throughout the development. Additionally, we installed a 1,750m³ Carlow tank for attenuation, which plays a critical role in managing stormwater runoff and preventing flooding.
Foundations and External Works
Our work extended beyond the primary infrastructure. We also completed 4,000 linear meters of ring beam foundations and full foundations up to DPC (damp proof course) level. This comprehensive approach ensured the structural integrity of the homes while adhering to all safety and building regulations. The project encompassed all associated external works, providing the new residents with a safe and welcoming environment.
